Routes:
We offer two routes to choose from: a 15-mile route suitable for recreational riders and a 35-mile route suitable for intermediate riders. Both routes begin and end at Hand Melon Farm.
The 15-mile route travels south on Rt. 40 through many protected farms and head north on 113 along the Hudson River. Stops include Sunset View Farm, Ensign Brook Farm, and Booth Farm.
On the 35-mile route, we will initially travel south on the western side of the Hudson, through the Saratoga National Historical Park, and then head north on the eastern side of the river. (For those who rode last year, this route is in the reverse direction.) Stops include the Schuyler House, the McMahon Thoroughbred Farm, the Nielson House inside the Park, and Quincy Farm.
